Why Khide Uses Gmail API

 

Khide integrates with Gmail to send transactional emails on behalf of your business. This includes:

✓ Credit note notifications

 

Gmail API allows us to send these emails directly from YOUR business Gmail account, ensuring professional delivery with  your business identity. We only send order-related emails and never access your personal messages or contacts.

 

When you connect Gmail to Khide, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail Send scope. This provides reliable email delivery with up to 500 emails per day per business.

 

KHIDE Marketing — Social Media Publishing

KHIDE Marketing helps restaurant owners promote their business on social media, directly from the KHIDE Owner app.

When you connect an account to KHIDE, you authorize us to publish on your behalf to the Page, profile, business location or channel you choose. We only see the accounts you own, we only post content you create and approve, and your access credentials are stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time from the app, which removes our access immediately. We never read your messages, subscribers, followers, watch history or ads data, and we never share or sell your social media data.

Why KHIDE uses the YouTube API: with your permission, KHIDE uploads the marketing videos you create to your own YouTube channel, and reads your channel name so you can confirm which channel is connected.

Why KHIDE uses the Google Business Profile API: with your permission, KHIDE publishes your marketing posts to your own Google Business Profile locations, so your offers appear on Google Search and Maps.
