Welcome to Khide Apps (Owner, Staff, Chef, Barcode and Scan applications).

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to be bound

by these Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our apps, you confirm that you:

- Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

- Agree to comply with these terms

If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Khide provides restaurant management solutions including:

- Owner App: For Business owners to manage menu, orders,

employees, and reports

- Staff App: For staff to take orders and manage table service

- Chef App: For kitchen staff to view and manage order preparation

- Barcode App: For generating barcode

-Scan App: For barcode scan

3. USER ACCOUNTS

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your

account credentials

- You are responsible for all activities under your account

- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

- Use the apps for any illegal purpose

- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the apps or servers

- Upload malicious code or content

- Use the apps to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- All content, features, and functionality of the apps are owned by

Khide and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws

- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

without our written permission

6. DATA AND PRIVACY

- Your use of the apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy

- You retain ownership of data you input into the apps

- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our apps integrate with third-party services including:

- Google Sign-In for authentication

- Gmail API for sending emails (with your permission)

- Gemini API (Google AI) for AI-powered features

- Firebase for data storage and analytics

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

AI-Generated Content:

Content generated by AI features (Gemini API) is provided "as is"

and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing

and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE,

OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHIDE SHALL NOT BE

LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL

DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

10. TERMINATION

- We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation

of these terms

- You may stop using the apps at any time

- Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will

notify you of significant changes through the app or email.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes

shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in

Kolkata, India.
